Monthly Lunch & Learns for Caregivers
AgeLinc provides a monthly educational opportunity for any family/partner caregiver on the third Wednesday of every month. Call AgeLinc for details on upcoming Lunch & Learn events.
Aging Mastery Program (AMP)
Learn techniques for aging well, embracing longevity, and maintaining independence. Topics include: exercise, sleep, healthy eating, hydration, finances, relationships, advance planning, medication management, volunteerism, and fall prevention. Stress Busters
Family/partner caregivers of dementia patients learn self-care practices in a supportive group setting. Call AgeLinc for upcoming Stress Buster event details.
Matter of Balance
Discover how to prevent falls, reduce fear, and make changes to your environment and lifestyle for safety. Call AgeLinc for local session dates and times.
Savvy Caregiver
This program supports caregivers of those with dementia. Topics include dementia stages, behavior management, caregiver techniques, and self-care. Contact AgeLinc for upcoming sessions.
Social Isolation and Loneliness Presentation
For community groups, healthcare professionals, or first responders: Learn about the impact of isolation on older adults and those with disabilities. Includes practical resources and local support info. Contact AgeLinc to schedule a presentation.
