Aging Mastery Program

The Aging Mastery Program® (AMP) is designed to inform and support older adults in making impactful life changes and engaging with their communities. Developed by the National Council on Aging, the program includes 10 core sessions covering topics such as exercise, nutrition, finances, advance care planning, community engagement, and healthy relationships.

With a combination of evidence-informed materials, expert speakers, engaging group discussions, and peer support, this program provides the skills and tools you need to manage your health, maintain financial security, and contribute to society. Developed by the National Council on Aging, AMP encourages you to take steps that lead to small but impactful improvements in your life.

AMP offers 10 core sessions: Each session is 90 minutes of interactive learning and personal growth.
