Chronic Pain Self-Management is a group class designed to help participants manage their symptoms and live healthily with chronic pain. Participants will learn strategies in medication management, nutrition, pain relief, and physical activity, fostering mutual support and building confidence to lead active, fulfilling lives.

Are you ready to take charge of your chronic pain? Join our Chronic Pain Self-Management group class, designed to empower you with the skills and confidence to manage your symptoms effectively. This engaging program teaches practical strategies that will motivate you to live a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Workshops meet weekly for six weeks for 2.5 hours with a built-in break.
